THE OLD NICK Gainsborough (event held 13/02/09)

I had the pleasure of attending a recent investigation with Cindy and Jeremy at The Old Nick, Gainsborough for a paranormal investigation with my friend Jo
Although the building isn't that old in haunting years it produced some astounding results for us. It was a pleasure to be with the small group who attended, and the in formalness of the venue made it all that more enjoyable. There were no restrictions as to where we could go or do for our own personal investigation. Jeremy and Cindy were very welcoming and open to suggestions during the event. On the whole we thoroughly enjoyed the event and have already booked for another. These events come highly recommended.

where do I start, what a place, as I walked through the door, I felt liked I was being watched. the stairs made me feel uncomfortable, we were having a guided tour of the old nick, I heard growls, somebody walking up the stairs behind us, me and a couple girls went for a break outside. All of us heard the cell doors being closed and keys rattling I wish I had my video camera with me it would have my day in recording that. Took lots of photos and the orbs in the theatre were unreal. Up stairs where the clothes are kept not a very nice place at all, you saw shadows and something on the floor crawling towards. Walking in the yard where the female prisoners were felt like you were being watched  by someone or a group of people watching from an upstairs window, seeing what the officers were doing to them. I cried because you felt there pain. I could ramble on about the old nick for hours, but anyone or anybody who is interested in ghost hunting I recommend that you book with ghostly gathering and go and  experience it for yourselves. I know because I'm going back next year. Cindy and Jeremy, I cant wait for the next one.
