Since 1460 this Grand old hall has seen its share of royalty and warfare. King Henry viii stayed here with his wife Catherine Howard just months before her death. Later the hall became a royalist stronghold in the civil war, with this history its no wonder that Gainsborough Old Hall is one of the most spiritually active places we have ever had the pleasure to visit.
