This deceptively large Merchants House built in 1575 and has had many uses in its history from family home, restaurant and as it is today a museum. The local residents are more than aware of the ghostly activity at this three storey house, where many of the museum staff refuse to work after dusk.

Join us at this extremely active venue and have unrestricted access over the three floors and the rear quarters attached by a gallery.

Activity includes object being moved, members of staff and guests alike reporting being touched by unseen hands, footsteps and voices heard when nobody is there.
