Frequently Asked Questions

Q1  I have never been on anything like this before will the location be suitable for high heels?

A1 As a general guideline it is advisable to wear flat shoes as old buildings can have uneven floors also bring a coat as some parts of the investigation may be out side.

Q2 Will we be at risk from ghosts or spirit activity?

A2 You will be protected at all times.

Q3 What if I become scared or over emotional?

A3 A team member will escort you to a safe lit area where you will have a break and then you will be given the choice of rejoining the group.

Q4 Do I have to join in with all parts of the investigation?

A4 The choice is yours. You can fully participate or do as much or as little as you wish. 

Q5  Can I take pictures or video the event?

A5 Yes except if there are any restraints imposed by the owners of the venue. 

Q6 Will I be able to purchase equipment from you?

A6 Yes but some equipment may have to be ordered for you which can take up to 14 days.

Q7 I have paid my deposit can I pay the balance on the night?

A7 We need to receive payment  10 days before the event to gauge the number of attendees.

Q8 Can we bring an extra guest?

A8 If you check before you travel as some events have restricted numbers and this is not usually available on ghost suppers.

Q9 Will my party be able to work on their own if they wish?

A9 Yes the only restriction is for safety reasons nobody can go off on their own (two is minimum group size), we do ask groups to allow equal access to all areas of the investigation.

Q10 Are the locations really haunted?

A10 All of our venues have documented paranormal activity and we employ no gadgets, lights or sound effects.

Q11 Can we bring a 15 year old with us?

A11 Most events have a minimum age of 16 some are 18 .

Q12 We have been on investigations with other companies and for the first hour or so you are given a history tour which we found boring. Do you do this?
A12 No, we believe that a paranormal investigation/ghost hunt should be just that, so there is no history tour, its straight into the investigation.
